This context sheet shows my designs as well as giving an idea of how my ideas came about ,without seeing the whole of my work. I would like to think that people would recognise this a a large scale hanging. The dodecahedron shapes have a printed embroidery type outer, but I have designed this hanging to be much more interesting by putting nature inside. For example bark like is shown in the image below. The inside of the dodecahedron's would then show a peak to a garden a little but like we do in Manchester at the moment.I choose my design like this, so the outside pieces of the hanging would be in keeping with the new build.

This page is to represent my final visualisation and show the details of my pattern and fabric, also showing that I want my pattern to have shapes cut out so you can see through parts, like my masking tape piece on the window. The other photo is to show where my idea of the shape came from.

This sheet is to represent where my initial ideas came from, the use of colour from this painting by Brian Wildsmith which I then hand dyed felt using some of the colours from it. And also the inspiration to use felt and manipulate it like Anne Kyyro Quinn.

Hi everyone, really loving all your visualisations, they all look really good!

I created quite a few variations for different visualisations for the new build. These are just a few of them, the rest can be found on my personal blog. 

I found that the pillars worked well in showing the space better, and thought they would be a good contrast against the imprinted concrete pillars.
