Digital knit

I have begun to think about the idea of presenting traditional textile materials in a digital format.  The idea of creating a print to represent a process ie knit or weave.  This is something i have started to experiement with, using knit samples.  I photocopied them on accetate and tracing paper.  I think the results are interesting as they represent something that usually has a tactile quality.
